Dynasty is a bottle shop with a room attached. Pick a bottle off the shelf at shelf price, sit down, and we will open it for you. There are 26 seats, so it is worth booking a table at the weekend. Open seven days.

Questions we get asked
- Can I drink a bottle at Dynasty Fine Wines?
- Yes. Dynasty is a bottle shop and a wine bar in one room. Pick any bottle off the shelf at shelf price, sit down, and we will open it for you — there is no separate bar list and no corkage surprise.
- Is there a corkage fee?
- No. A bottle costs the same whether you take it home or drink it here: you pay the price on the shelf and nothing more. For example, a bottle of Langmeil Prime Cut Shiraz is $27.99 on the shelf and $27.99 at your table.
- Can I bring my own food?
- Yes. You are welcome to bring snacks, or to have food delivered to your table while you drink. We will find you a plate.
- Do you run wine tastings?
- Yes — a guided tasting runs on Thursday nights, walked through a few different wines by someone who can explain what you are drinking.
- What are your opening hours?
- We are open seven days: Mon – Tue 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Thu – Sat 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Sunday 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
- Do I need to book a table?
- Walk in any time — it is a small room with 26 seats, so a table is worth booking at the weekend. Friday and Saturday evenings are deliberately kept for walk-ins rather than sold through the booking form.
- Where is Dynasty Fine Wines?
- 1463 Malvern Rd, Glen Iris VIC 3146. We are on Malvern Road in Glen Iris, in Melbourne's inner south-east, and you can call us on (03) 9191 1988.
- Can I buy wine online for delivery?
- We don't deliver, but you can order and pay online and collect in store. We check everything is on the shelf, then email you a time to come in. You must be 18 or over, and the person collecting has to be the person who placed the order — we check photo ID against the name.
- What do you stock besides wine?
- Beer from independent brewers, spirits and liqueurs, and the non-alcoholic and snack side of the table. The shop is browsable by category, and each category page lists only what is actually in stock.
