About Appleton Estate Reserve 8YO Rum

Appleton Estate Reserve 8YO opens with a warm, inviting nose of sun-dried orange peel, toasted oak, and rich molasses, reflecting its eight years of maturation in carefully selected barrels in the Jamaican highlands. On the palate, flavours of dark toffee, dried tropical fruits, and a hint of warming spice unfold with a satisfying complexity that belies its approachable character. The finish is long and gently warming, with lingering vanilla and a whisper of smoke.

Full BodyAged Jamaican RumServe Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube at room temperature; also excellent in classic rum cocktails.
