About Astoria Butterfly Prosecco Trevison DOC Extra Dry 750mL
Astoria Butterfly Prosecco Treviso DOC Extra Dry pours a pale straw yellow with delicate, persistent perlage rising in fine streams. The nose is immediately inviting, offering fresh orchard fruits — ripe golden apple and juicy white peach — lifted by a whisper of acacia blossom and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, the mousse is soft and creamy, delivering a lively yet graceful effervescence. The extra dry style brings a touch of residual sweetness that beautifully balances the wine's natural acidity, creating a harmonious, approachable profile. Notes of pear, honeydew melon, and delicate floral tones carry through mid-palate, with a subtle almond nuttiness emerging toward the close. The finish is clean, refreshing, and gently mineral.
