About Bleasdale Vineyards Generations Shiraz 750mL
Bleasdale Vineyards Generations Shiraz is a richly expressive wine from Langhorne Creek, a region renowned for producing deeply coloured, generously fruited Shiraz with natural structure. The nose opens with an inviting cascade of dark plum, blackberry, and blueberry, underpinned by subtle violet florals and a whisper of dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and plush, with layers of ripe black cherry and mulberry fruit supported by warming notes of cracked black pepper, mocha, and cedar from well-integrated oak. The tannins are firm yet velvety, characteristic of Langhorne Creek's clay-loam soils and the cooling influence of Lake Alexandrina. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering spice and a touch of dark cocoa.
