About Charles Pelletier Grande Reserve Blanc de Blancs Brut 750ML
This Blanc de Blancs Brut opens with a luminous pale gold hue and a persistent, fine mousse that speaks to careful craftsmanship. On the nose, fresh green apple and ripe white pear are lifted by delicate notes of lemon zest and white blossom, with a subtle chalky minerality that grounds the aromatics beautifully. The palate is crisp and focused, delivering bright citrus fruit and brioche-like creaminess with a lively, refreshing acidity. A touch of almond and toasted bread emerges mid-palate, adding complexity and depth. The finish is clean, precise, and elegantly prolonged, leaving a satisfying impression of citrus pith and mineral freshness.
