About Glaetzer Amon Ra Shiraz 750ML
Glaetzer Amon Ra is an opulent, unfiltered Barossa Valley Shiraz of extraordinary concentration and depth. On the nose, it opens with an intoxicating wave of blackberry compote, dark plum, and crème de cassis, layered with seductive notes of dark chocolate, mocha, and a whisper of smoked meat. The palate is a tour de force of richness — densely packed black fruits cascade across the tongue, underpinned by velvety, well-integrated tannins and a lush, almost glycerol-like texture. American and French oak contribute vanilla bean, coconut, and cedar spice, while a subtle violet florality lifts the mid-palate. The finish is extraordinarily long, lingering with dark fruit, espresso, and a hint of anise that persists for well over a minute.
