About Kies Dedication Shiraz 2022 750ML
The Kies Dedication Shiraz 2022 opens with a deep, inky crimson hue and an expressive bouquet that speaks clearly of the Barossa Valley's warm-climate character. On the nose, rich dark plum and blackberry compote mingle with fragrant violet and a whisper of cracked black pepper — a hallmark of quality Barossa Shiraz. A seductive undercurrent of dark chocolate and smoked meat adds complexity. On the palate, the wine is generous and full-bodied, with ripe, concentrated fruit flavours of blackcurrant, boysenberry, and roasted plum supported by well-integrated French and American oak. Silky yet structured tannins frame the mid-palate beautifully, while a thread of savoury olive tapenade and warming spice keeps the wine grounded and interesting. The finish is long, plush, and persistent, with lingering notes of mocha, vanilla, and dried herbs.
