About Maderas Ouzo 700ml
Maderas Ouzo opens with an assertive wave of star anise and sweet fennel, underscored by a gentle herbal complexity that speaks to its Mediterranean roots. On the palate, bold liquorice and aniseed flavours take centre stage, softened by subtle notes of mastic resin and a whisper of citrus peel. The finish is clean and warming, with a lingering sweetness that invites the next sip.
Medium BodyOuzoServe Serve chilled at 8–12°C, traditionally diluted with cold water or over ice, which releases its characteristic louche and softens the anise intensity.
