About Mcguigan Zero Shiraz 750ML
McGuigan Zero Shiraz is a dealcoholised Australian Shiraz that retains the varietal character of its full-strength counterpart with impressive fidelity. On the nose, generous aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, and dark cherry are lifted by subtle violet florals and a whisper of cracked black pepper — hallmarks of quality Shiraz fruit. The palate is medium-bodied for a zero-alcohol wine, delivering juicy red and dark berry fruit with a soft, rounded texture. Gentle spice notes of white pepper and a touch of mocha add complexity, while the absence of alcohol is well-disguised by the fruit-forward structure. The finish is clean and moderately persistent, with lingering berry fruit and a mild savoury edge that keeps it from feeling flat or overly sweet.
