About Songbird Sparkling Brut
Songbird Sparkling Brut opens with a lively, fine-bubbled effervescence that carries delicate aromas of fresh green apple, white peach, and lemon zest, underscored by a whisper of brioche and crushed chalk. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing with bright citrus acidity framing notes of ripe pear, honeysuckle, and a hint of toasted almond. The mousse is elegant and persistent, lending a creamy texture that balances the wine's natural tension. The finish is clean and mineral-driven, with a lingering citrus brightness that invites the next sip.
