About Soumah Brachetto 750mL
Soumah's Brachetto is a captivating expression of this rare Italian variety grown in the Yarra Valley, presenting a delicate rose-pink hue with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, intoxicating aromas of fresh strawberry, rose petal, and raspberry sorbet leap from the glass, underpinned by subtle hints of violet and Turkish delight. The palate is luscious yet refreshingly light, delivering a burst of red berry sweetness — think crushed raspberries and wild strawberries — balanced by a gentle, cleansing acidity that keeps the wine from feeling cloying. A whisper of orange blossom and candied rose adds complexity and lift. The mousse is soft and creamy, lending an almost silken texture to the experience.
