About Water Wheel Bin 298 Shiraz 750ml
Water Wheel Bin 298 Shiraz is a richly expressive Australian Shiraz from the Bendigo region of Central Victoria, where the warm continental climate produces deeply concentrated, characterful reds. The nose opens with an inviting burst of dark plum and blackberry, layered with hints of cracked black pepper and a subtle waft of smoky oak. On the palate, the wine is generous and full-bodied, delivering waves of dark cherry, blueberry, and mocha, underpinned by earthy leather notes and a touch of dried herbs. The tannins are firm yet supple, well-integrated with a lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh and food-friendly. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and a whisper of vanilla from careful oak maturation.
