About Wills Domain Eightfold Shiraz
Wills Domain Eightfold Shiraz opens with a deeply expressive nose of dark plum, blackberry compote, and cracked black pepper, underpinned by subtle violet florals and a whisper of smoked meat. On the palate, this Margaret River Shiraz delivers a plush yet structured mid-weight richness — ripe boysenberry and dark cherry fruit are framed by well-integrated French oak, lending notes of cedar, mocha, and a touch of clove. The tannins are fine-grained and polished, carrying the wine with elegance rather than brute force. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and a savoury, earthy persistence that speaks to the cool maritime influence of the Yallingup subregion.
