About Brockenchack Mackenzie William Riesling 750mL
Brockenchack's Mackenzie William Riesling from the Eden Valley showcases the hallmark precision and purity of this celebrated cool-climate region. On the nose, vibrant aromas of fresh lime zest, green apple, and white peach are lifted by delicate floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom. A subtle thread of slate minerality adds complexity and a sense of place. On the palate, the wine is crisp and focused, with mouthwatering acidity that carries flavours of lemon curd, nectarine, and crushed stone fruit. A whisper of honeysuckle and a faint talc-like minerality add texture and intrigue. The wine is beautifully balanced between fruit sweetness and steely acidity, reflecting the off-dry style with elegance and restraint.
