About Dreissigacker Dry RIESLING 2023 750ML
Dreissigacker's Dry Riesling from the 2023 vintage opens with a luminous, pale straw hue and a nose of striking precision and freshness. Aromas of white peach, Meyer lemon zest, and crushed slate leap from the glass, underscored by delicate notes of jasmine blossom and green apple skin. On the palate, this Rheinhessen Riesling is taut and focused, with a razor-sharp acidity that carries flavors of ripe nectarine, lime curd, and fresh grapefruit pith across the tongue. A subtle saline minerality — characteristic of the region's limestone and loess soils — adds depth and texture without weight. The wine is impeccably dry, with no residual sweetness to soften its angular, energetic frame.
