On the nose, it opens with an intense burst of ripe blackberry, crushed black cherry, and dried fig, layered with hints of violet and a whisper of garrigue — the wild herbs of the Spanish scrubland. On the palate, the wine is generous and full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a rich core of dark plum, blueberry compote, and roasted coffee.
