About Jett Carrel - Bistrologie Blanc VDF

Bistrologie Blanc opens with a lively, sun-warmed nose of white peach, fresh-cut herbs, and a whisper of chalky minerality that hints at its southern French origins. On the palate, it delivers bright citrus zest and ripe pear alongside a subtle floral lift, balanced by a refreshing, saline-tinged acidity that keeps every sip animated. The finish is clean and lingering, with a gentle almond blossom note that invites another glass.
