About Little Birdie Organic Pinot Gris 750mL
Little Birdie Organic Pinot Gris opens with an inviting bouquet of ripe white peach, honeyed pear, and delicate orange blossom, lifted by a whisper of fresh ginger. On the palate, it delivers a generous, rounded texture with flavours of nectarine, lychee, and candied citrus peel, underpinned by a subtle almond nuttiness and a touch of white pepper spice. The wine's organic origins lend a purity and vibrancy to the fruit, while well-integrated acidity keeps everything fresh and lively. The finish is clean and satisfying, with lingering stone fruit sweetness and a gentle mineral thread.
