About Penny's Hill Sauvignon Blanc 750ml
Penny's Hill Sauvignon Blanc from McLaren Vale opens with an expressive, lifted bouquet of freshly cut passionfruit and zesty lime zest, underscored by delicate white peach and a whisper of freshly mown grass. On the palate, the wine is crisp and lively, delivering a burst of tropical citrus fruit — grapefruit pith and guava — balanced by a refreshing herbaceous edge and subtle minerality. The mouthfeel is clean and precise, with bright natural acidity that keeps the wine energetic and food-friendly. The finish is clean, lingering, and citrus-driven with a satisfying saline mineral lift.
