About Rob Dolan WL Pinot Gris 2025 750ML
Rob Dolan's White Label Pinot Gris from the Yarra Valley presents a beautifully aromatic and textural expression of the variety. On the nose, lifted notes of ripe pear and white peach mingle with delicate rose petal and a hint of honeysuckle, underpinned by a subtle spiced ginger nuance. The palate is generous and round, delivering juicy stone fruit flavours of nectarine and quince alongside a refreshing citrus zest that keeps the wine lively and focused. A touch of natural phenolic grip adds welcome texture and complexity, characteristic of the variety at its best. The wine is well-balanced with bright natural acidity cutting through the mid-palate richness.
