About Singlefile Riesling Great Southern 2024 750ML
Singlefile Riesling from Western Australia's Great Southern region opens with a luminous, pale straw hue and a nose of striking purity. Lifted aromas of fresh lime zest, white peach, and green apple mingle with delicate jasmine blossom and a whisper of slate minerality. On the palate, the wine is taut and precise, with vibrant natural acidity framing flavours of lemon curd, crisp nectarine, and crushed river stone. A subtle hint of beeswax and dried ginger adds complexity without weight. The finish is long, clean, and refreshingly mineral, with a characteristic steely backbone that speaks eloquently to the cool-climate origins of the Great Southern.
