About Soumah Single Vineyard Orchards Pinot Grigio 2025
Soumah's Single Vineyard Orchards Pinot Grigio from the cool Yarra Valley expresses the elegance and precision this estate is known for. On the nose, it opens with lifted aromas of white nectarine, ripe pear, and honeydew melon, underpinned by delicate notes of jasmine blossom and a whisper of crushed almond. The palate is bright and textural, with a pleasing weight that sets it apart from leaner styles — juicy orchard fruits lead the way, supported by lemon curd, green apple, and a subtle saline minerality that speaks to the vineyard's unique terroir. The wine shows lovely tension between its fruit generosity and a crisp, refreshing acidity that keeps everything lively and focused.
