About Three Elms Timbertops Riesling 750ml
Three Elms Timbertops Riesling opens with an inviting bouquet of fresh lime zest, white peach, and delicate jasmine blossom, underpinned by a flinty, slate-like minerality that speaks to cool-climate origins. On the palate, the wine is crisp and precise, with vibrant acidity carrying flavours of green apple, lemon curd, and ripe nectarine across the tongue. A subtle hint of honeysuckle and a whisper of beeswax add textural intrigue without compromising the wine's refreshing clarity. The finish is clean, long, and laser-focused, with a lingering citrus-mineral thread that invites another sip.
