About Atticus The Finch Collection Chardonnay 2018 750mL
The Atticus The Finch Collection Chardonnay 2018 opens with an inviting bouquet of ripe golden apple, white peach, and honeysuckle, layered with subtle hints of toasted vanilla and creamy butterscotch from careful oak aging. On the palate, this wine is generous and well-structured, delivering waves of stone fruit — nectarine and poached pear — alongside a bright citrus backbone of Meyer lemon that keeps the richness in check. A touch of crème brûlée and warm brioche adds complexity and depth. The mouthfeel is lush and rounded, with well-integrated acidity that provides lift and freshness throughout. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of toasted oak, honey, and a whisper of almond.
