About Hirsch Hill Chardonnay 750ML
Hirsch Hill Chardonnay opens with an inviting bouquet of ripe golden apple, honeysuckle, and toasted brioche, with a whisper of vanilla cream that hints at careful oak integration. On the palate, the wine is generous and well-structured, delivering layers of poached pear, white peach, and lemon curd balanced by a refreshing streak of citrus acidity. Subtle notes of toasted almond and crème brûlée add complexity without overwhelming the fruit. The mouthfeel is plush and rounded, characteristic of a thoughtfully crafted California-style Chardonnay, with just enough tension to keep it lively and food-friendly.
