About Ladies who Shoot Lunch Chardonnay 750ml
Ladies who Shoot their Lunch Chardonnay from Wirra Wirra in McLaren Vale is a beautifully composed, cool-climate-influenced white that balances fruit generosity with restrained winemaking. On the nose, it opens with bright white peach and nectarine, layered with lemon curd and a whisper of toasted hazelnut from subtle oak treatment. The palate is medium-bodied and textural, with creamy stone fruit flavours giving way to a savoury, mineral thread. Cashew and gentle vanilla notes add complexity without overwhelming the fruit, while a lively natural acidity keeps everything fresh and focused. The finish is long, clean, and satisfying with a lingering citrus zest quality.
