About Millebuis - Bourgogne Cote Chalonnaise Blanc Chardonnay
This Côte Chalonnaise Blanc opens with a fresh, inviting nose of ripe white peach, lemon zest, and delicate white flowers, underpinned by a subtle mineral quality reminiscent of wet limestone. On the palate, the wine is crisp and well-balanced, delivering flavors of green apple, pear, and a hint of toasted almond that suggests light oak influence. The texture is pleasingly rounded without being heavy, with bright acidity that gives the wine a lively, food-friendly character. The finish is clean and persistent, with a lingering chalky minerality that is the hallmark of quality Burgundian Chardonnay.
